Deezer App Playlist Greyed Out

Since Oct 4th all playlist on the mobile app are unplayable, every single song is greyed out.

Once it's a playlist it's not playable, albums are fine, singles are fine once searched.

What's odd is when using deezer on a browser everything is fine and playable. 

I'm not certain if Apple users have the same issue but I've been contacting customer support with no fix since the day it started (over 2 weeks now). Even installing a older version of the deezer app doesn't work either.

Who has a fix?

Can you send us a screenshot of the songs looking “greyed out” to check them out, please?

I would believe that is a cache issue, so try to clean your cache in your app and don’t forget to increate your smart cache bar to the max 😁
