Hi. I've got a weird issue with the "Shuffle my music" button lately.

Usually, when I hit it, it shuffles all my music—my Favorites and all my tracks from my playlists.

But since yesterday, it's only shuffling my Favorites and totally ignoring all the songs in my playlists. Super annoying!

Even weirder, sometimes it gives me a pop-up saying I don't have any tracks or playlists, which is definitely not true.

Could you please check this out?

I’m wondering, do you also have this issue when using Deezer with the browser?

Hi. Sorry, but the problem is back. I run into this issue several times per month steadily. The shuffle feature just doesn't work. Reloading phone and signing out don't help.

Hi! The shuffle feature is working but again it doesn't play songs from my added playlists – only from favourite tracks :( The same with the Flow favorite mode. 


UPD: shuffle feature isn’t working again. The issue is present in both the Android and desktop applications.
