Songs in playlist greyed out

Playlists accessible but unusable. Every single song in every playlist is greyed out. If I tap on them, nothing happens. This has been happening for 2 weeks now and it's become annoying. Fees have been paid and it's a bit frustrating that I'm paying for premium service (because free is not available in my area) yet I am unable to play my lists. Please help. I have closed the app, restarted it, cleared cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, all to no avail. Would really appreciate if I could just get the lists that I worked many hours to build song by song to play soon.

Hi @M1K3Z
I see you've already tried all the basic tips.

Try this too:
Increase the app cache in Settings -> Data & Storage.

If that still doesn't work, please contact support for help with the issue on your device.

Deezer's online chat is very good; the chat entrance is in the bottom right corner.

Or via the Deezer contact form.

Best regards, and keep the music flowing.

I have a galaxy S22 Ultra. 84Gb available storage. 30Gb allocated for smart cache. Will try to reach out to support so that the music can start flowing again
