Yet another price increase from Deezer. Was $9.99 a year or so ago and now 13.99. I do not think the sound is much different and I am more satisfied paying $9.99 a month with the quality available. I feel the price increase is being forced on its users without a significant gain in quality.
As I see in my Paypal records, I paid automatically 10,99€ to Deezer. A month before it was 4,99€. The price increase of more than double is insane. I will return to my offline mp3 collection and listen to that. I was totally happy for years, without knowing that such things as Spotify and Deezer exists. You guys made the world a little bit worse place... Although I recommended for many the Deezer service I have to stop doing this...
Hey there, Well, I made the jump and left spotify and now I think my family wants to follow. Problem is, I don’t have the option to change to a family plan when I go to the manage subscription menu in the browser. It just says I’m premium and there’s nothing to be changed. Now what?

Buonasera, il 20/12 ho ricevuto da DAZN il link per attivare il periodo di sei mesi, ma non funziona. Correggendolo a mano, riesco ad aprire la pagina per riscuotere il codice ma mi dice che non funziona (la parte dove va scritto il codice risulta precompilata aprendo il link corretto da me), e se provo ad aprire la pagina come vuota e scrivendo il codice a mano continua a non funzionare. A parte contattare DAZN, c'è altro che io possa fare?

The app on my phone opens but cannot connect to the servers, I love in the UK and for the past several days each time I go to listen to my music I am not able to connect to my account. I am also unable to log out of my app. Is this a server problem and why hasn't anyone notification gone out regarding this issue?

Hello, I have activated Family premium plan through my telco provider. When i try to set audio quality to HIGH FIDELITY it does not let me. I have used high fidelity on my 1 month free trial account without any problems. Here are two screenshots from Iphone 12 PRO MAX and Windows powered HP Elitebook.
I currently have a HIFI subscription which was paid for on a single annual payment. I want to update this to a FAMILY subscription which is a monthly payment. I only made the annual payment 3 months ago so have 9 months left. Will I lose the remaining amount on the annual payment or will it be credited to the new £17.99/month FAMILY subscription payment?

Reviewing my account it tells me I am on Deezer Trio, I can’t seem to find much about any difference between this and Deezer Premium.
Does canceling my premium membership remove my playlists? Does canceling my premium membership remove the high quality output of songs that I have saved?
The delete account button is nowhere to be found in a lame attempt to keep users from dropping this poor excuse of a platform. So changed to an email that hope no-one has and change all your data. See ya.
Could we have a tiny red dot on played Playlists to show us which ones we’ve cycled through? And maybe also on Artists we’ve already explored, too? Like what YouTube does with a red line on the vids you’ve already watched — genius. Seems like common sense to show us the lists we’ve already sifted through vs virgin content. Minimize redundancy.
Hi deezer, I have been receiving your emails about getting deezer premium 50% off for a year ? This seems like a great deal but is it only availie to new subscriptions ? As a long term subscriber to deezer premium this seems very unfair ..... I would love for my subscription to be halved for a year ..... in line with that of anyone who is just coming to the party .... is this possible ? ...... seems like those who are loyal and stay with deezer rather than switching elsewhere when these deals pop up, and keep paying their subscriptions should also have access to these same privileges ? I'd really like a new feature allowing us to listen to our favorites album either the whole album then an other or random songs from our favorites albums ! It would be a really cool feature and why not including the same feature for our favorites artists ?
After I changed my payment method, it automatically changed to Deezer Premium. I want to revert back to Deezer HiFi since Premium is more expensive than HiFi. (Php195 = USD3.49) 7.5 dollar difference!

I started an annual plan of deezer premium last year for 64€. It tried to renew for 98€! This was without any email. It just tried to charge me more. Why’s that??
