I was trying to upgrade to Deezer family using PayPal. The transaction is showing as unsuccessful but the bank is telling me that the money was debited from my card

i would contact deezer support here → https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb

in the meantime, what does your account status show? you can try signing in and out of your preferred device to see if the status has changed to family.
