cant access deezer

most of the members of the community forum here are fellow subscribers such as yourself, and do not have access to your account. You will want to open a ticket with Deezer support. Here is the link. → https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb

Also, do yourself a favor in the future and subscribe directly from the Deezer website, that way you don't pay the additional Apple tax for your subscription.
