Hi @loccicate , sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Indeed we have a couple of users reaching out about the same. 

And this is affecting Deezer Free users only. We are investigating why this is happening.

In the meantime, this procedures worked for me so please try to see if they work for you as well.

Note that if you turn off the phone or the app, you will need to redo the same procedure
-Open the app Deezer,
-Go to the setting of your phone, click on “Deezer” and after that “notification”
- Select “Lock Screen” and “Notification Center”.
-The “Announce Notification should be “On” and the “Show Previews” has to be “Always (Default)”.

Hi @loccicate sorry to hear that. In case you close the app or turn off the phone, you would need to disable the notifications, close the Deezer app, turn on notification and open Deezer app. It should work.

But, as we already moved this to an incident as we have more users complaining, I will send you an email that will be linked to that incident so as soon as there are news, you will get it on your email.
