My downloaded music disappeared suddenly

I just found out that all my downloaded music has disappeared from the app. 

I didn't uninstall it or anything, it seems just to be gone without a reason. 

10 years of saved music just gone, how could have happened?

Hello @Siver,

Can you provide more details about the device you’re using, OS, Dezeer Branch and version etc.?
Assuming you’re running Deezer Stable and have the latest updates and OS updates too. I’d recommend you:

  • Confirm you have an active Subscription with Deezer (Deezer Free - if it still exists in your region, does not allow downloads - so one loses them when their subscription expires if not renewed)

If this is not the case, please raise a ticket with support here.
