Please, try to record a video of the issue and share it here with us.
Also please share the following details:
- Have you done any troubleshooting so far?
- Please confirm model and brand of your device
- Please confirm OS and Deezer version
- Have you tried with Wifi connection and data mobile connection?
- Have you tried on a different device (mobile or computer to reproduce same issue)?
