With Spotify on my Google home, if I request by voice that it play my Christmas Playlist, it’ll play that playlist and if I open up my phone, there it is on Spotify, playing that playlist that I just requested and I’ll be able to control it from there!But with Deezer, Google Home will announce that it’s playing my Christmas Playlist from Deezer but if I open the app on my phone, it’ll just be showing the last thing I played on my phone. And I have no control of the music playing from the Google Home.It’s the ONE THING left making me want to stay with Spotify. I know it’s a creature comfort but it’s much more seamless.So my question is, am I doing something wrong? Should it be doing that and my app is broken? Or is this a known issue?
I have latest version of Deezer on my Mac, and the newly added Music Quiz just comes up with a blank screen… Doesn’t matter which year or genre I chose, it still comes up blank...

Hi, I have a question about the limit of albums that can be marked as favorites. It is supposed to be 2000 on web and only 1000 on android. I have 1500 marked as favorites. That's the same number I see as favorite albums both on the web and in the android app and I think I am listening them all in my mobile app when I play "shuffle my music". How is it possible? Does the mobile app only plays shuffle with 1000 even though it shows all 1500 favorites?If so, it would make sense, but what is Deezer's criteria for cutting out those 500 extra albums? Those addded first? Those I listen less frequently? Which ones get removed from the total 1500?Thanks a lot

How can i disable the activation of lyrics if i click on the album picture. Its annoying. If i wanted to open the lyrics i would press the button that reads lyrics?

Why does the Deezer webplayer have trouble finding songs that are in its catalogue, but they even show up in Google search results and the Deezer Android app? For example, if I search for the song “Some Lovers” by Rumer, there are no results in the webplayer. I was able to find it using Google, and it’s here: The Android app also finds it. This is just one reason I’m switching to Apple Music.
Hi, I really like Deezer and have been using it for a very long time.However one thing that really bothers me (and I'm sure many people too) is that there's no option to have minimized player on Mac desktop app. This should be absolutely go-to every feature to every quality media player. Only tiny window Play, Back, Forth buttons + Song name that can be kept in frontview over other windows. Besides it being some copyrighted idea by other companies I absolutely don't see a reason you don't have this feature. I just checked your forum and there are posts from 4 years ago and admins promising this feature. NOTHING has been done since then?

Just recently switched back to Deezer (I’ve bounced around all the platforms) and realized there is no way to launch a mix from a current song or artist when using Apple CarPlay. You have to go into the app on your phone for this. Is there a way to add this? Spotify has the little radio icon and apple music I believe is the “infinity” logo.

Using Android Auto with Google Assistant and Deezer to search and play a track. There is a FAQ on Deezer somewhere where it says Deezer does not accept track searches through AA via voice command. I don’t know if that’s why I’m having this issue, but it’s annoying because it works partly.Note, I use a free account, so feel free to tell me below is normal for a free account and I’ll move on.But I fail to understand why it would be so convoluted that it almost does not seem like it was designed this way. The fact that the search function can adapt to spelling mistakes is great, but sometimes it gets annoying when your search gets corrected even though you entered the exact name of the artist or the song you’re looking for, and the search would have given results. Here’s an example (one of many): when searching for the band “Tricot”, the search function thinks you wanted to type “Tricky” (I guess because o/k and t/y are close on the keyboard) . Maybe in the case where what the user typed will give results, only suggest a new word if the system is suspicious of a spelling mistake, and don’t replace the search immediately. (Sorry, my UI is in French)
Hello,I have an Android phone, macbooks and Amazon Echo show 5 and echo dot. When im writing my reports or reading about science i love to listen to music. I realized when i used deezer on my alexa devices i cannot send music to it from my phone or from my macbook. Its a pitty because other providers have made this simple to use. There are so many good playlist on deezer what i want to listen and find new ideas and waves in music. Can you make it available to access my devices in a menu to “steam" the music and have control from my phone or computer on it?Best regards,Nándor
