Thanks Jaime. But in using the UPC you sent, and following the steps, I get this: 
“You have already requested access

You already claimed this artist or this artist has already been claimed by someone else”

My QUESTION is...how do I access the tools to promote from inside our claimed Deezer Page? How do I even get ON our claimed artists page? The system is sending me in circles. Could you send me direct, simple steps to access our artist page so I can EVEN SEE what tools are available there! Thank you for trouble-shooting this irritating problem. I am sorry about this problem.
The best thing to do then is to contact our Deezer Support Team and provide any email you may have used to claim the artist page. With that information, one of our agents will be able to check in our system and help with your request.

Thank you, Jaime. So there is no one from the company Deezer who is moderating the Deezer community pages?
Digital music platforms are already off the hook from paying artists anything like liveable royalties, and they won’t spend money on support staff to help the artists who provide them with the wares to hawk? 
 

We moderate the Community pages but I can’t ask you for personal information in a public channel and that’s why you need to contact support to get help with your artist page claim.
