cannot play favorites in order of sorted by track a-z

Favorites are sorted by track a-z

Cannot play in order, automatically resorts to random or it will play all tracks by same artist from the favourites

Just upgraded to Pixel 8 xl, plays in order just fine on previous pixel 2xl

this issue is still present.

i just tried to uninstall and reinstall, same issue

detail steps;

i open app
click the favourites icon
in the favourites page i click favourite tracks
favourite track opens (i have them sorted A-Z track) the only option to play the favourites is a purple circle with the random icon (but that will play random)
(i want to play in order of track A-Z) so i click the first track in the play list
result; after the first song plays, the second song is not the next on the play list, it is another song by the same artist and so on...( like it is on random by artist)
scenario two; if i click the random icon, the favourites will play random like its suppose to do.
