Hi I have had Dezzer premium for a number of years. My bank details changed and I now don't have my discount.

If I enter my new details will I get the same package with the discount?.

Just to be clear:

You did have a Deezer Premium account and now that you have changed you bank details, Deezer changed back to Deezer Free?

If this is the case, please do the flowing:

In the browser go to the Deezer site
In the right corner, click on your profile photo
Go to Manage my subscription
Go to Payment method
Here you can change your payment type or bank account

And if this is not your issue, please let us know.
(this is also possible to do on your mobile)
