Hi I have had Dezzer premium for a number of years. My bank details changed and I now don't have my discount.
If I enter my new details will I get the same package with the discount?.

Just to be clear:
You did have a Deezer Premium account and now that you have changed you bank details, Deezer changed back to Deezer Free?
If this is the case, please do the flowing:
- In the browser go to the Deezer site
- In the right corner, click on your profile photo
- Go to Manage my subscription
- Go to Payment method
- Here you can change your payment type or bank account
And if this is not your issue, please let us know.
