Since this new update the app keeps overruling whatever I’m playing with the same song.

 

usually around 10 seconds in to whatever I’m listening to, be it Favourites, Flow, a Playlist, even a single song, it stops and starts playing LET IT SNOW by Frank Sinatra…

 

I don’t even have that song saved on any of the playlists or my favourites so why on earth is it doing this!?

 

please fix or kindly refund me this months subscription fee as this is not fit for purpose and I don’t see why I should pay for a service that is broken. Why fix something that ain’t broken in the first place, it worked perfectly well before and the layout was much better.

and honestly, reading some of the other topics of feedback on your new ‘look’ you really should test more throroughly before releasing a new version. This has so many flaws you’re causing more issues than is necessary.

 

Please fix my issue asap.

It seems like a very specific issue to me . You are the first one I’m reading having this issue . 

Anyhow , you didn’t mention which platform you are using . If it’s Android I’ll start by clearing the cache .

Warning , the next steps will delete your downloaded songs if you download any for offline listening 

 Settings > Data and storage > Disk Usage > Clear all

i have cleared cache and am aware it deleted all data no problem there.

 

I’m using Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max with the latest software update (17.1.1) already installed.

 

its really strange. Even when I close Deezer App down and have no apps open… if I close/lock my phone… a few seconds later it starts playing that same song again, Let It Snow by Frank Sinatra. I love Frank Sinatra but this is not meant to happen surely 🤣

 

I’ve recorded my screen for 3 minutes and it shows me opening my phone, showing you that Deezer is closed, then opening Deezer and switching between a couple of songs myself before eventually (at 1:12) LET IT SNOW takes over… and it repeatedly does this again and again no matter what I try and do, I even realised that song (or the same But with a different picture from a different album) was in my Christmas playlist so I deleted it… and it still played it!

 

even when I choose a Different song and quickly close Deezer, it then a few seconds later starts playing that song again and opens Deezer in the background.
