I have these 2 tracks in my favorite tracks list. I did not favorite them myself. Could be left overs from a spotify import. They cannot be played or deleted. Please help me get rid of them. Thanks!

Have you tried deleting Cache?
Let me know if that works.
Thanks :)

I had tried that, it didn’t work. Thanks

The screenshot you are showing is from your favourites. Can you show a bit more, so that we can clearly see what you are looking at Deezer.

If you search in your favourites aren’t you able to find these songs? Or try it on the web? Isn’t this possible?

Thanks for the reply.

When I remove all my favorites these 2 tracks disappear but I still have “2” as the count of favorite tracks. Screenshot #1

When I add 1 song to favorites, these 2 tracks reappear in the favorites home screen. Screenshot # 2. But when I tap on "favorite tracks” only 1 track is listed (even though the count is 3)

Thanks

Somehow I marked this topic as answered by mistake, but it’s still not answered.

Thanks

This is SO strange! I tried to find a song with the name My Mind Sound but couldn’t find it. So how this title appeared in your favourites is beyond me.

Have you tried to use Deezer with a browser (pc or Mac)?

(Off topic: nice Dream Theater playlist 😀)

On browser and desktop app I see 2 extra tracks in the count, so the count is 3 instead of 1. But these 2 track titles are only displayed on the iOS app, and only on the favorites home screen, not when I tap on the favorites tracks screen. By the way, I had this discrepancy of track counts for a while now, the “My Mind Sound” titles only started appearing after the latest update.

Thanks

Hello @akuli I had to pull some magic to solve this one.

On a more serious tone, I have managed to remove the two tracks using our Backoffice tool.

Indeed left overs from your imported content.

Thanks for your help @awesomemac .

thank you so much!
