Hi Deezer, just wondering if there’s any plans to improve support for WIIM. As you probably know WiiM has seen a surge in popularity from users defecting from Sonos. WIIM currently does support Deezer natively, but the user interface is very odd and non-standard. it would be great to see improved support for Deezer users in WIIM.
Hi, i’m new to Deezer. i’ve started playing Flow from Chrome on a macbook, with a bluetooth speaker. It won’t play more than a song at a time, i have to hit play after each track to hear the next one. i tried on Safari, same thing. it seems i can’t give up Spotify after all!

I love Deezer but the only thing missing is music videos. All the major players in the streaming market have music videos such as Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music and Tidal. I just think adding music videos would make deezer the complete music service.
Will the album limit of 2000 be raised in the future? last week I reached the limit and I personally use the albums overview as a kind of database for me. Would be great if the limit will be resolved... thanks & regards henryk
When searching for a song on Sonos or Google Auto, Deezer always defaults to a live version if it exists. How can I disable or discourage this behaviour?
The Android Auto home screen is lacking in options or even customization. My view of Android Auto should be somewhat simple but provide all features in a simple way. When I go to start driving, I don’t want have to deal with going through many screens to get to where I want. Why isn’t shuffle easy to access or provide an option to shuffle all music? Example 1 - I generally just want to play either my favorite tracks or a playlist I created because I am driving and don’t want to deal with having to read all the different playlists that are created for me by Deezer and determine which one fits that day of driving. Example 2 - Deezer created a 100% for you playlists on the home screen but instead of just playing you have to go through more screens to find music. Just play so I can start driving. To wrap this up, Youtube Music provides a nice view into how Android Auto should function and look.
It would be great if you could use the Deezer connect feature to cast to different speakers like Sonos. This is something that's possible on Spotify and on Apple devices with air play. But android has no way of casting audio other than Chromecast which isn't as extensive as air play
Hello I downalded some music and when I'm offline It doesn't worki.
Is anyone else having trouble uploading there own mp3's on the desktop version of Deezer. I was able to do it last night and now it uploads but its in fate font and has the date next to it and says "this track is not available yet". Is this because there are in the Beta stage of getting this corrected? I would recommend them to have a way to upload albums too. Let me know if there is a fix to this (updated my flash player with little luck). Thanks
Hi After logging into my account dezzer shows me that I am using the free version but still every month the account is charged £ 14.99. My question is why am I still being charged?
Hi! After I add a song to a playlist, the next time I want to add a song to a playlist , the suggested playlist is not the lone I last added a song to. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Am trying to stream while abroad in Spain from the UK, have unlimited data and no issues with that, and using both the hotel wifi AND just phone data AND also on airplane mode with DOWNLOADED songs, the songs do not play all the way thru.. there is clearly an issue with Deezer in general so ****** is going on!? I pay way too much money every month and have done for years since it’s inception to put up with this ****. has anyone else experienced this issue and other than expecting someone from Deezer to actually reply what was your solution!? I have video of my iPhone screen recording showing Deezer not working as it should do
I made a thread previously about Japanese search not working due to two reasons. One of those was fixed. Thanks! There is still one more issue that prevents Japanese search from working though that I hope can be fixed. It is not possible to search in Japanese. The problem is the way Japanese text entry works and how the Deezer app handles it. It appears the Deezer app triggers a search after each character is entered. Unfortunately this breaks the text entry for Japanese. Japanese uses Chinese characters which are a combination of different phonetic sounds. How Japanese text entry works is you enter the phonetic characters, the keyboard provides suggestions for the Chinese characters that match those sounds, then you select the Chinese character you want. This changes the set of phonetic characters to the Chinese character. But since Deezer searches after each character is entered, the keyboard doesn't see the phonetic characters as a set and so doesn't provide suggestions for the Chin

Hello, I have a few playlists on my deezer app. Just to listen to songs I added. But when playing I hear songs that aren’t in that playlist. Why??
Hi! Maybe this was already requested. I can suppose that it may happen due to your algorithm limitations or something, but still. When I choose “Shuffle my music”, I want to hear something new and random from the albums and playlists that I’ve already saved (comparing to Flow when I want to hear something completely new). However, it appears that Shuffle suggests me the same tracks again and again, sometimes it even makes me hate the bands that I like just because I’m in the mood for something new. I’m ok if something familiar will appear in this shuffle, but at least not from the same stuff that I had this week (better even month).
Hiya! I’ve seen others put this feedback up here, but I’d really, really like to be able to favourite or bookmark live radio stations I use often! It gets frustrating over time to not be able to access them easily, and it makes me forget Deezer has actually the ability to stream live radio, a feature I pay for monthly, which gets me thinking of switching platforms or simply searching for the specific radio stations’ website/app. I really would love to have this good reason to stay with Deezer as I overall love the other aspects of your platform!
As the day turn into months, and months into years, my explicit songs a gradually being replaced with their cleaner version. This is a problem where i will have to edit my entire playlist. Please fix this problem.
When I first started using Deezer and I did “shuffle my music” it’d play mainly album tracks rather than individual favourite tracks, but now it’s the other way around. I’ve got Deezer playing in the background right now and when I clicked on “shuffle my music” I checked the playlist and it was nearly all individual favourite tracks. I’ve got just over 300 of those and just under 300 album favourites, so the law of averages suggests it shouldn’t be like that at all. Surely making it truly random would be the simplest algorithm, but instead it’s obviously a piece of work. What is wrong with having it actually random? I’d really like to know. Thanks very much. Other than that I’m more than satisfied with Deezer to be honest.
