On Android 13, latest version of Deezer does not show the sleep timer button when using flow. The flow feedback button takes its place.Is this correctable in any way?
I’ve two suggestions in order to improve the filter functionality a language filter to listen podcast. If I.d like to search only podcast in Italian language or any language is not possible. Is it possible only by topic (news, history, etc…..) it would be very useful to add in the search bar also the function “label record”. If I’d like to look for “Universal Music” catalogue or “Time Records” or “Biscoito Fino” I cannot. It will help to discover new artists
Hello, I’ve been trying to find specific podcasts in the app, but I can’t find the right filter for what I am looking for.For exemple: I click in podcast then I chose a category, but I also want to select the duration time and the language. My question is if there is any way I can do it? If cannot, I suggest the app create a better filter search which we can select multiple things such as ‘category + duration time + language’ at the same time. Thank you :)
Your artist pages aren’t all structured the same. I’ve noticed this several times and most recently was on Nosaj Thing’s artist page and none of their albums are shown anywhere. You do have their albums on your platform, though. Why are they not shown on the album page like other artists? Please fix this.

For example, Google Play Store and Apple App Store treat Taiwan as separate from China.Please unlock Deezer in Taiwan. Even if you can’t accept Taiwanese payment services yet (Taiwanese banks), at least let users who can pay through other means (e.g. VISA credit card) access Deezer from a Taiwanese IP address.Thank you!
My new album Sokak is listed under another artist with tge same profile name as me and I cant even find my profile
I love this app but the last couple weeks i am receiving the most awful recommendations. Suddenly, the app is recommending genres that i despise. If i launch a track mix with a punk rock song, the next song will be fast piano in a major key with a goofball singer, or a broadway musical track, or perhaps pop music that has absolutely no punk rock elements. Im also getting anime music, child musicals, soundtracks, etc. i listen to punk, metal, alt metal, some rap with screamo, singer songwriter acoustic, riot girl music, and EDM. What have i done wrong? Almost every song i go to artist page and select “dont recommend this artist” as well as “dont recommend this track.” i have 84 favorite artists, 18 playlists i made, and i constantly like new music and dislike stuff i dont want to hear again. Help! I contacted deezer but they never got back to me. Can anyone look at my account to see if i accidentally favorited stuff that is ruining my recommendations?

More expensive than Netflix, Amazon and I am sure, many others. I would consider a one off payment of under 50 Euros - not an annual subscription or a monthly subscription of less than 5 Euros. Otherwise, forget it. You may have 56 million tracks but you don't have everything I want. The irritatingly loud Deezer promo ad only serves to irritate me and means I don't use the app as often as I otherwise might.
Spotify is currently on Teslas with Apple Music, Amazon Music and Tidal on the way. I want Deezer on my Tesla!
Hi,so my friend and I have a playlist which was linked to one of our previous acconuts which is not anymore in use. We both still used it but cant put or remove song from it. Can we somehow get the possibilty “to take back” the playlist?Thank alot!

Hi Deezer teamI have Dezzer for few years now with short beake recently. I am writing you since I came back to Deezer as a better option for me in comparing to other musc providerd. Track mix is not giving me much satisfaction lately. I choose a song and start mix from that song but songs that are coming in the playlist rearly follow music direction. So I have been reorganizing a playlist of mine on the Deezer desktop app, but when I open that same playlist on the mobile app my playlist does not show the new order of the playlist. Is there a way to fix this?Also it would be nice to reorganize playlists on the mobile app as well.Thanks

Im paying a deeper family subscription and in 2 months my family has been ejected without possibility of logging back on twice. We already sent an email asking for help, it was resolved and now it is back. What is the problem. How can it be fixed ASAP. It costs a leg for it to not work it is inadmissible. Once ? Dear Deezer, In my opinion you guys are kind of sleeping on the Discord Rich Presence Idea we the community have been requesting over the course of 2-3 years and the community has also included some great points into creating this feature possible! In my opinion you guys are really sleeping on this opportunity right now, Spotify has this feature, displaying the artist, the current song playing, how much time has elapsed etc. It would be really neat to have this with Deezer too! I don’t want to switch just because of a single feature Spotify and Discord have! You guys should try and do this and let the community know how it goes, keep us updated. So many platforms have joined the Rich Presence thing it’s ridiculous that Deezer is excluded! There’s such an opportunity! Hope I was informative. - A Deezer User.
There was a problem when I wanted to change my current account to a student account and by putting my credit card I was charged €10.99
Hello .. before I upgraded to premium ..I had the option to play a radio based on my Playlists including my favorites.This option is now gone and all I have is FLOW which doesn't really come close How do I get that option back ? downgrading back to free ?
