I sent this message to customer support, but I'm not sure it ever reached a real person. This post is essentially a duplicate of the message I wanted to send to the Deezer team—or at least to someone working on the service who might actually get to read it.

Dear Deezer Team,
Today I logged into Deezer and discovered that the complimentary Premium subscription for users in Ukraine has come to an end.
I simply wanted to thank everyone at Deezer who made this support possible. Over the past years, you gave people the opportunity to listen to music, no matter what they were going through or where they were. It was a kind and meaningful gesture, and I truly appreciate it.
Although I'm sad to see this program end, I understand that it could not last forever. Now it's our turn to support you by becoming paying subscribers.
Thank you for everything. I'll be staying with Deezer.
