Please resolve crossfade when looping 1 track

Hello,

This is a long-standing issue over several versions, but continues to happen across stable and beta builds on Android.  When crossfade is enabled, and 1 track is being looped on itself, instead of crossfading the track into itself smoothly, it chops off the end of the song based on however long the crossfade is set to and abruptly starts the track over again. 

The request is to resolve the bug and make it smoothly crossfade back into itself.  Certain tracks lend themselves to be loopable for study and/or background music.  Thanks!
