I think non-intrusive update logs could substanctially improve users indirect experience.Some examples of what I’m suggesting can be seen in the majority of popular web browsers, notably Chromium Edge & Firefox.The big picture;Whenever Edge gets a new feature introduced, or something changed, they’re sure to let their users know what they’ve done. I think this is a really great way of letting users familiarize themselves with the application’s new features and why they’re an upgrade, rather then making people feel alienated by the new changes.(optional) Execution;This is how I would personally incorporate this new feature into Deezer, considering what would benefit the consumer the most while making sure that everything doesn’t go under the end-user’s radar.If people choose to enroll in an optional beta program, they’ll receive in-app notifications about the new update when they open the app to a new update. Almost every time I try to listen some songs on Deezer I've got the same problem. I launch a playlist, the first song got well played but at the end of the first song it just stop, it doesn't go to the next song. When I try to get the next song manually it just repeat the first one. What should I do ? (excuse me, english isn't my native language ) Thank you for your help.
The new Deezer Playlists organizer is just simply a mess! It's just a very obvious copy cut of Spotify Library UI which makes it even awful. Please bring back the old playlist design, it was simple and intuitive and the best!I always choose deezer over any other music streaming because of it's very unique design in terms of Library Organization and laylout. Please don't copy Spotify, ever, Spotify Library organizer sucks, they just got more subscribers but they're UI and UX is tremendously awful.
What happened to the side scroll on artists view? I liked the red artist side scroller so I could efficiently go to a favorite artist. Honestly really annoying and something I would consider switching services over.

Hi all,Android/Samsung phone.So I have a subscription and have around 80GB of Hi-Fi tracks downloaded. I like to play these all on shuffle by selecting ‘downloaded’ and then pressing shuffle. Up until recently, this worked fine and every time I pressed shuffle, it reshuffled the playlist, or at least it appeared to have changed. I think over the past month I seem to have lost this. It started after an update I think where it kept crashing when I selected ‘downloaded’. So after some troubleshooting I had to delete them all and start all over again. When I press shuffle on the downloaded tracks now it just goes to ‘favourites/loved’ and it doesn’t shuffle them at all. On the odd occasion it does work and plays my downloaded tracks on shuffle. I have an eclectic taste in music and like to listen to all my music randomly most of the time.I imagine I’m not the only one experiencing this issue?

Hey! I’ve tried to switch from Spotify to using Deezer a couple of weeks ago, mostly because of the FLAC quality and Spotify annoying me by giving worse and worse music suggestions and shuffle playing the same music over and over again. And I want to give some feedback of my Deezer onboarding experience to maybe improve some things. While I really like the core features of Deezer I am also really, really struggling to finally replace Spotify with it. For example I learned, that it currently is impossible to use Deezer as music source in Google Home in most parts of the world. Which is disappointing because I used Spotify as music alarm Clock on Google Home. And also for some background music while reading in bed. Which means with Deezer that either I now have to get along without these things or that I have to come up with a likely worse self-built solution - if even doable. Also I don’t get why Deezer allows itself to be shut out by Google like this. Since it is basically forcing Spot
