Unable to subscribe to Premium plan as Yettel user

Hello,

I am unable to re-subscribe to Premium plan as an existing user, since last week after signing a new contract with Yettel. The Android app won't accept new code for registration, as shown in the attachment.

Hello @hbob, if your subscription is through Yettel, it is with them that you have to update the subscription.
