I have Deezer Premium subscription for Ukraine but I can’t turn on FLAC quality sound at my Deezer app for Android. I see only Basic, Standard, and HQ sound settings. Early, before switch on Deezer Premium for Ukraine I had FLAC settings on my account. Is it possible fix?
Also I can’t create my profile in Support as normally. When I try type enter email from my Deezer account I see ‘This email address is already in use by another profile.’

You have not provided enough details about what device you’re using, what operating system that is and if you’ve all the latest OS and Deezer updates installed. Care to share more to get more useful responses?
Nonetheless, if your device supports FLAC (Hi-Fi) - you should ideally be able to stream in that quality.
Note that Deezer currently offers Hi-Fi on all its paid subscriptions.
Regarding the other issue with your email being used by another profile:
