Why am I now charged for €10? If you’re going to continue to do so, I have no reason to continue using Deezer as there are much cheaper platforms offering same. I’ve been Deezer user for years, but this is unacceptable! I also want to request a refund!!!

We sent an email explaining about that change last month.

The music industry is going through intense transformation, and the market looks very different now than it did even a month ago.

As a challenger, Deezer needs to adjust quickly to make sure that we can continue to compete with global giants. That’s why we have taken the decision to make HiFi (FLAC quality) part of all our subscriptions. It means we had to change the price point to reflect the value we provide, as well as the standards in the country.🔊
