Hi!

I’ve been logged in Deezer premium to use Beosound Moment thru Bang & Olufsen App.

But Deezer does not correspond to Beosound Momentum within B&O App, because of no activation Deezer Premium.

So let me know how could I solve this problem?

Here's what you can do:

  • Log out of Deezer on all devices it might be logged in
  • Get a new password for the Deezer account via this link
  • Delete Deezer from the  B&O App app
  • Turn off your sound system device for 1-2 minutes
  • Turn it back on
  • Add Deezer to the  B&O app
  • Login with your new Deezer password

i have the same issue and tried the suggested solution several times...butI still can't log into Deezer  via B&O App, it keeps saying that i have to activate Deezer premium, but i have Premium since 2017! Any other suggestions? Only  iPhone 12 has this Problem, iPhone 8 hasn't!
