Could you please share more details on:
- Device
- OS and Version
- Deezer Version
- Deezer Type (Stable or Beta)
It looks like some corrupt system or app files - failing to effect the permissions correctly.
- Try making sure you have the latest OS updates and Deezer updates.
- If that continues, try rebooting your device.
- If still the issue is not resolved, reinstall Deezer and grant all necessary permissions and try again.
In the mean time, you can visit the Deezer Web and you should be able to update the images for your playlists.
