subscribed twice in error once to premium and knce to family?    so 14.99 and 21.99 both taken out off account via apple pay is there anythjng i can do? pay?

As the payment has made through Apple, you need to contact them and request it to cancel and the refund, directly with Apple, after that, when your account changes to free you can subscribe again through your computer on our Deezer website and it should be fine. 😉
