Hi...! the scrobbler does not work for me since October 5th and I use the application only from Windows 10. I think there is a problem either in Deezer or Last Fm. It is strange...I rebooted the scroobling connection and it is not working yet...I hope they solve it son T_T. I like Deezer's interface and I said goodbye to Spotify on the computer months ago. Hopefully it will fix the scroobling
pdt// I do not have good English...sorry! 😳
@V_Shaft except none of them seem to work with iOS devices.
Ah, OK, that's another story. I don't use any iOS devices, so I wouldn't know. Those on Android seem to be working fine.
is somebody actually working on this? it's been going on for a month now... I've been scrobbling since september 2007 and I'd like to have my statistics complete... if nothing changes in two weeks, I'm leaving Deezer for Spotify.
Hi, just wanted to let you know that I'm also waiting for the scrobble issue to be fixed asap, I'm using Deezer on Web/Chrome/MacOS and application on iOS12. Hope to hear good news soon!
@walter.dijkshoorn and @Sergey R - this has been going on for over 2 months now. I have cancelled my family subscription after a year and a half, as the customer service has been disgraceful so far.
Hopefully more users will follow suit and make deezer understand that this is an actual issue and that pinning the problems to last.fm will not make them magically disappear. "Passing the issue to the devs" is not a valid excuse when the issue has been ongoing for 2+ months.
no, it's not a valid excuse. I have some very big playlists at Deezer, which makes it hard to leave. I don't think Deezer cares, even if all the Last.fm users leave, because I don't think it is a very large group of costumers.
@walter.dijkshoorn this thread has had 180+ replies and more than 8000 views (without counting anything posted to last.fm, reddit or elsewhere). Hopefully it will put some pressure on deezer to get things done or at least to revert all changes made to the last time the features in question were working.

Feel sorry for bringing this up but since Deezer hasn't shared any ETA or even a clear acknowledgement ->
Soundiiz offers a neat transfer solution of all your playlists from Deezer to most other music streaming services http://soundiiz.com/ (BTW they do support Last.fm)
o wow, thanks Plailleur! I wait for another two weeks and if the problem isn't solved, I'll use this site 😃
Svo, you can use a 3rd party scrobbler for phone scrobbling. There are several of them, and they all seem to have better scrobbling implementation than Deezer natively had.
does it work on ios?

You're absolutely right!
@Svo nope, currently there is no way of scrobbling from an iOS device.
yesterday evening songs started to appear on Last.fm. although today no songs have appeared, perhaps something is happening...

we have reported, hopefully they are now working on it! 😉
I hope so, Rafael! I just installed Spotify. if your people aren't able to fix the problem within two weeks, I'll transfer my playlists to Spotify and cancel my subscription.

I agree with Rafael. I do not want to switch, but it looks it is the only option. I am quite sceptical that they can fix this. There has been problems for a long time (for example some tracks scrobbling tens of times, some tracks missing or appearing after long time) and now for more than two weeks none of the tracks are scrobbling for me (both for PC and Android). Luckily I don't have many playlist, but I have a family subscription and changing and configuring apps for everyone's devices is something I rather not do.
I have the same issues mentioned here - not scrobbling at all, before it was scrobbling with a delay of hours or even days. The ages old "&" problem too.
So far I am using the "old" (and much better, I must say!) website design and scrobbling with the help of chrome and firefox extensions.
The situation has also made me revisit my collection on the hard drive, using various players that scrobble on Linux Mint.
Yesterday I started seeing scrobbles from the previous day with long pause between them. Subscription cancelled, today it's expired. Still waitng the problem to be solved.
Scrobbling with the new layout of the Deezer web player and the Last.fm web scrobbler browser extension works again with its new version 2.7.0:
https://github.com/web-scrobbler/web-scrobbler/issues/1756#issuecomment-435615476
Meanwhile the Deezer development has confirmed that there is a problem with their internal scrobbling option, so there might be a solution soon for it as well:

I did cancel my subscription after several years because of this. But will be monitoring the topic here as I really find the webplayer of deezer a lot better than on spotify. If it will be fixed I'll be coming back, as a little motivation for the devs 😉

an example is that people care about their customers and solved the problem very quickly, although it is a free product
Yeah, it's the same for me for the last few weeks, was lagging for a couple of hours at a time but now just doesn't work at all. Unable to download extensions on my work computer so it needs to be fixed fast. Spotify is working HINT HINT DEEZER, HASHTAG FAMILY SUBSCRIPTION!
Last.fm scrobbling is broken. Haven't seen anything since 7 nov 2018. Doesn't work on mobile app or browser.
Some scrobbles have appeared 7 days later. Can we get a status update other than that the issue has been referred to the devs?

Hi there, we are working together with Last.FM. The devs have informed us that they have understood where the problem is and are now looking into fixing it. Please bear with us 😉
