Scrobble Last.fm from Deezer not working

Hi Guys, Deezer doesn't have any partnership with Last FM, therefore there is nothing to be fixed on our side. Scrobbling is a Last Fm feature and hopefully they will get it fixed soon! We have already passed the feedback on to them. Sorry about that!

Hi there, i actualy connect last fm in settings -> alert and sharing -> Last.fm . But music doesn't scrobbling to last fm account.

I also experienced a change .Until the end of Sept. the music played with the deezer app on my iphone was scrobbled just fine, now it does not work.

I consciously do not want to use giant apple for my music, I like Deezer. Please take care of this together with last.fm.

It has been like that in my case for the last 10 days. Really need someone to look into this, since Deezer isn't scrobbling from laptop or Android app. Deleted and reinstalled/reconnected everything, still won't scrobble. Please help out.

Hello everyone,

For over 10 days now Deezer isn't scrobbling my listened songs from website or Android app. Contacted Last.fm, I was unable to get any info, but looks like it its't their issue since YouTube scrobbling works. Removed all extensions, unlinked the account, reinstalled the app, connected everything again, and it's still not working.

Can you please help me out with this issue?

I have the same issue. With iOS\Mac devices.

As Deezer's fan I use it for many years. That problem is critical for me. Thinking about switching to another platform like Yandex Music or something like that 😞

As commented above, we don't have a partnership with Last FM and from our side we can't really do anything. I will send you a m right now!
Please fix it.
Hello everyone!

Thr same problem here. I use browser version at work and Android version on my cell phone. Scrobbling hasn't been working for a week I guess.

I partly solved the problem by installing Simple Last FM scrobbler application, but it isn't a complete solution, because I still cannot listen in browser.

I like Deezer, and Last fm as well. Please solve the problem.

I just realized I've been having problems with Deezer account and Last.fm sync.
My last tracks transmitted to last.fm site was dated on Oct, 7th. But I've been listening all the time since then.

All discussion for the last few weeks was about this issue. Stay tuned.
Since 2 weeks, music is not scrobbled correctly : Only fews titles are scrobbled.

Last.fm told me that it is on your side.

When will you be able to resolve the problem ?

It's broken for some reason for the last few months on Deezer for me, and they haven't shown any urgency in fixing it. It's incredibly poor and frustrating.

This is garbage btw. Deezer is not sending the information to last FM correctly. There's no problem at last FM's side at all. Scrobbles from all other devices and methods work fine.

Deezer is the one that needs to fix whatever they broke a few months back (VERY likely related to the big update to Deezer around then).

Got a temporary workaround for scrobbling with Deezer web player:

  1. Deactivate new UI in settings
  2. Use Chrome extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/web-scrobbler/hhinaapppaileiechjoiifaancjggfjm
Fingers crossed for Deezer to fix things on all platforms for good. 🤞
