It is possible to link your Deezer account to your Scrobble Last FM account from a computer/laptop using this link:



https://www.deezer.com/account/share



You should see the Scrobble as the option on the right.
Official last.fm app is definitely not scrolling tracks played in Deezer on iOS because, as far as I remember, it scrobbles only the tracks added to the Music app
For the past few days, Last.fm has not scrobbled any of the tracks I have played on Deezer. At first it was just extremely delayed and now just not scrobbling at all. Amnyone else having the same issue? Thanks
It's an issue with Deezer's latest update to their player... 😩

Love Deezer and it is my favorite platform, but unfortunately I will cancel my subscription until this issue is solved.
Hi there, we are aware of this and are looking into it. Please bear with us as we are trying to locate the issue.
An additional piece of info reported over at Last.fm forums regarding the same issue: scrobbling works from the Deezer web player, but ONLY when using the old skin, and with with the addition of the Web Scrobbler extension (for FF and Chromium-like browsers).



If using this, perhaps it's best to unlink your Last.fm account from Deezer. At least I've done so.


I've just tried this, reverted back to the old layout, added Web scrobbler extension again to my Chrome, re-linked in Deezer options and after a notification about an error in the Web Scrobbler, linked again through the extension and now it finally works.

That sucks, i hope the problem will be fixed soon, i can't scrobble since 8 of october, almost trying spotify. 😞
I have lastfm account linked to deezer and its working but i ts scrobbles with around 2 weeks late between I listen a song and it appears on lastfm account.

Is there any solution to this ?
As an FYI - today some scrobbles have started appearing. They are about 4 or 5 days late. This is unacceptable. 90% of the music I listen to is through Deezer. If there is no solution, I will have to look for other service providers, as I really like keeping tabs on what I listen to.
I noticed the same thing (yesterday I was using Deezer on my iPhone and instead of scrobbling the tracks I actually listened to yesterday, I noticed that bunch of "lost scrobbles" from couple of days ago were actually scrobbled).



So disappointing. 😞
Last.fm doesn't display listened tracks.

It hasn't worked for a week.
It all started two months ago with a multiplication of plays. Support has been long aware of the problem, which is dissapointing. Unsubscribing for a couple of months with the pace of work.

I have this problem with Deezer is that it doesn't want to upload scrobbles on Last.fm. It sometimes does and sometimes doesn't. Also, I saw that some of that gets uploaded it is way off the time, like few hours and days... I hope that you can resolve this problem and upload my scrobbles from past 7 days or less, I would appreciate that.

Hi everyone, we are aware of problems with Last.fm. Our team has looked into this and unfortunately we are not able to do anything at this moment as this is not entirely in our side. We are very sorry about that.



Keep an eye on the activity, there has been progress now it is scrobbeling, even if it is late. It should adapt over time. So lets keep an eye on it and see how it evolves.
Not working scrobbling at all?

Is Last.fm doing something on their side about this issue? Or are we simply waiting, and hoping for the best?
Some additional info (more technical) would be nice.

For example, currently I use couple of different music players and streaming apps on my Linux machine (each and every one of them provide Last.fm support/scrobbling feature) as well as the web browser extension and I have absolutely no problems - all of the tracks are scrobbled right away, without any delays, missing tracks or multiple scrobbles.

Deezer is the only music streaming app on my PC that cannot scrobble tracks normally (ironically, my Deezer account is the only premium account for music streaming services in my collection) so I would really appreciate more info because it is hard to believe (sorry) that this issue is caused by Last.fm when at least 4 other programs that I use on my Linux PC are scrobbling tracks without any problem.

I don't want to leave with deezer, but the opportunity to scrub in last.fm is important to me. But now I'm temporarily using an alternative service
Honestly guys, I do not see what's the point in "getting more info" and such.

The problem has been acknowledged from both sides, Last.fm and Deezer, and for the sake of statistics it seem scrobbling data is not lost just delayed.

They will took care of it, and unless you are a developer with some solid experience with Last.fm APIs or something like that and already found the culprit of this problem...well there's no point in explaining each and every tech details about. Actually let people work on it, instead of wasting time clarifying tech stuff meaningless to most of us.

Don't mean to sound rude or anything like it, just be patient and keep a wider perspective on the problem. For what I understand they are taking care of it. 🙂
yeah, i've switched on webscrobbler for deezer in browser with the classic skin, but my main issue is the scrobbling on the go on my android app is not working.
I'm using desktop Deezer app on mac, and scrobbling to last.fm doesn't work for me as well.

Scrobbling was previously working from the browser version, but now on the desktop app I can not find settings for last.fm at all.
