Hi @Lucelia.Mascarenhas,

It is possible to link your Deezer account to your Scrobble Last FM account from a computer/laptop using this link:

https://www.deezer.com/account/share

You should see the Scrobble as the option on the right.
ok did some checking, seem that scrobbling on android app is working on the official catalogue, but scrobbling the uploaded mp3 songs from pc via deezer are not scrobbled at all like before.

This only works with the external browser extension Last.fm web scrobbler which is available for Chrome, Opera and Firefox.
It finally works on iOS app!
...aaand it stopped working again on iOS.
I can confirm scrobbling has also stopped with the beta desktop app. Last successful scrobble was 17 hours ago.
Back again on iOS with slight (3hrs) delay.
Right, on beta desktop app as well. The four tracks scrobbled earlier today were also added in the meantime with their correct time stamps.

By the way, Deezer also seems to scrobble a track when you are skipping it no matter at which part of the track. That is not a good idea in my opinion, because sometimes you just want to check a playlist/album/radio whatever and not listen to it. That is why the default implementation of Last.fm actually only scrobbles a track after at least 50% of its length.
Scrobbling is down on iOS. Again. 6hrs gone by and the scrobbles have yet to show up.
I can confirm that scrobbling is down on both iOS and web player. :(

A lot of tracks were not scrobbled during the day.
Today I've installed desktop version on Windows 10. No scrobbling.
Right, currently the beta desktop app does not scrobble. Hopefully Deezer will fix this soon.

If scrobbling is more important than sound quality to you and you are on a desktop computer, you can also use the browser extension Last.fm web scrobbler with the Deezer web player. It does not have the HiFi option though, so 320 kbps MP3 is the best audio setting there.

As far as I remember, the official Last.fm Android app is also able to scrobble from Deezer which you have to enable in its settings.
I'm using it from web player which is scrobbling to Last.FM. And since this is my work PC with only PC speakers, higher sound quality really isn't important. I want to use desktop client so that I could leave browser closed.
Yeah it's stopped working on desktop and unable to download scrobbler extension at work.

This is becoming quite a large pain in the arse.
Same here. Scrobbling again does not work on iOS (iPhone). It had been back to working fine the last 10 days or so, but has stopped scrobbling at some point yesterday. It worked yesterday in the morning, but not at night.
Broken again...is this going to become a recurring issue? It's been already fixed few weeks ago.. 😞
What a shame...

Want me to code some tests ? Or give you some web development courses ?
Stopped scrobbling again yesterday. No any scroblings from yesterday yet . Stopped using it, turned to Yandex Music for now.
I just realised that the automatically created playlist of titles which had been played on the iOS Deezer App does not work atm. Stopped yesterday morning. If that list is used as the basis for the interface to last.fm, the problems could be related.
Just moved the whole account to spotify premium. No response from the authors only makes the task easier 😞
Can anyone from customer support address this issue? Is this just temporary or are we going to wait a couple of months for it to be solved, again? If so, please mark the question as not solved.

No scrobbles have appeared after 100+ tracks played between yesterday and today. Very disappointed.
Hi everyone, we are sorry that this issue has come back again. We have notified our developers and they are on it. We will update you in this topic once we have more information.

Sorry for the long delay in our answer.
Would you mind setting up a non regression test on that point ?

This way we will not have to threaten you to unsuscribe or getting mad with you not responding ?
I'm getting duplicate scrobbles right now which means that the internal Deezer scrobbling seems to be working at the moment, as I am using their web player with the browser extension.
As @bluezzbastardzz said, the web player does indeed scrobble. Haven't tested the one on iOS yet.

Scrobbled tracks before the "fix" seem to be lost though.
Also on IOS the problem seems to have been fixed. Scrobbling works without delay on iPhone.

Thanks for the quick fix.
Stopped scrobbling again on both iOS and web player.

Last.fm scrobbling works well on other platforms (bandcamp, iTunes), so it's down to Deezer. Again.

This is absurd.
