I DONT HAVE MY DEEZER YEAR

Bonjour,je suis SUPER TRISTE ET DEGOUTE, depuis 2 jours tous le monde parle de son DEEZER YEAR 2022, mais moi JE NE L'AI PAAAAAS. Il est apparu sur ma page mais quand j'ai cliqué dessus il est parti et je n'ai pas pu le voir, il chargeait en vain. J'ai fermé l'appli et maintenant je ne le trouve plus je ne peux plus le voir je suis au bout de ma vie. Aled Je ne peux pas commencer 2023 sans avoir vu mon deezer year, déjà que l'année dernière j'ai aussi eu du mal à avoir mon DEEZER YEAR 2021.HEEEEEEELPJe ne le vois ni sur mon téléphone ni sur mon ordinateur.

My playlist doesn't download on my Apple watch (offline)

So i want to use my Apple watch on the offline mode. I tried to download a playlist (910 songs) to my apple watch. I have about 23 GB left (should me enough). But it just keeps on canceling the download without any error message. I tried a smaller playlist and it did download…about 30 songs.but 910 songs are never 23GB...so what goes wrong? Why can’t i download that playlist? Anyone(oh i tried deezer customer support, but man you guys are slow….)

My Deezer Year não mostra o tempo escutado do artista Top 1

Olá! Meu Deezer Year veio com um problema. Todos os meus Top Artistas vêm com a quantidade de horas escutadas, menos o meu Top 1, que somente mostra o ilustrado no anexo acima. Gostaria muito de saber quanto tempo passei ouvindo o meu Top 1, como isso seria possível? Grato desde já.

Why is the wrong artist played?

I’m trying out Deezer and it’s no better than Spotify.  I ask it to play Miley Cyrus and only 50% of songs are by her, random other crap is played too.  What’s wrong with your system?  I’m not going to pay for a service that can’t do this basic thing.

stops after fast forwarding

When I'm listening via Bluetooth in the car, when I press fast forward, it stops playing altogether. Have to press play again on the phone, which I can't do cause I'm driving

Deezer no longer an option on BMW Connected site

I had a subscription to Deezer via the BMW online service and it expired a few days ago (I've had it for 2 years)I did try to extend it, but it would not let me do so on their website. Once it actually expired, the option has now been completely removed from the BMW connected store. Has anyone else had this? Has BMW removed the option to use Deezer?My car is a 2013 BMW M135i

Why is the iPad interface so bad? On album view I end up with loads of white space where the artist has just one album in my collection. If it could be sorted by artist but without different sections for each artist it would look miles  better and make much better use of the space. Or look at the way Spotify handles it-far better.

The Deezer app ony tv tells me to go to the link on my mobile or besktop to I grab my phone go to the site it take me to Google play to download the app ive already got the app so I look and look and look for the place too put this 4 digit code in finally find it i put the 4 digit code in to link my tv to my phone, I've done this several times now, refreshed the code many many time and it just keeps telling me to contact support if the problem persist

Deezer osx app & webplayer crash !

Hi Today seems to be a bad day for Deezer. While running Flow from my Desktop app the program halts during playback issuing out an error that is quite illusive. Saying “  There was an error...try again later.. “That’s all it says. Typical useless Windows-programmers error :(So now I cannot play my music, not use Deezer and I have no clue why ?There is nobody to ask for support other then this forum. What gives Deezer ??     and why is this stupid forum asking for a subject when i have entered it ??

Chromecast disconnect resumes music even when paused in web browser

I’m using the web app in Google Chrome on Windows 11 and casting to a Chromecast Audio.  It works fine, but disconnecting the Chromecast, either manually or automatically (I think it disconnects automatically after about 15-20 minutes), the stream starts up again locally once the connection to the Chromecast device is disconnected.  This happens even if the music was previously paused using the controls in the web app.  The only workaround is to use the media controls in Chrome; when you pause the stream there and the Chromecast disconnects sometime later, the stream does not resume.  The main issue is that I paused my stream and started a virtual work meeting, only to hear my music start playing for everyone on the call to hear about 15-20 minutes later.  I wanted to report this issue, as it would be nice if the music is paused that it doesn't automatically resume after a Chromecast disconnect event.

Moblie app says no

App on my Phone suddenly  stopped working. App tells me: can't load pages - try again. Did that, get the same message  Phone is connected by WiFi, and provider. Tried to log out, that doesn't work either. Works fine on laptop.

BUG Now playing screen

When selecting a song to play and the now playing screen automatically opens there is an issue where the animation gets stuck midway and I have to manually pull it down myself to fix it.
