Hello,

 

Today I started experiencing two issues in Deezer. First when using the Windows app (version 6.0.20) or browsers (Microsoft Edge), when I select an album I get a message saying “An error has occurred, please try again later”. 

 

Then in the Android app, when entering an artists page the discography is not shown.

The weird thing is that I have been using the app for a few days now and it was working just fine until a couple hours ago when I started having this problems.

I’ve tried to select albums on the browser and in the Android app, I don’t have any problems with this.

Does this issue appear with every artist and album? And do you have any examples or artists or albums, so that I can try it on my end?

Yes it happens with all albums. 

In the case of the android app I can access the albums but I cannot see the discography on the artists pages (happens with all artists as well)

Some artists I tried: Metallica, Iron Maiden, Voivod, Judas Priest and Black Sabbath.


Just to clarify, it's the albums I can't access. I can access artists pages, but when trying to access an album I get that error


OK, the access to album pages is now restored. Thanks to whoever fixed the issue 


Bit odd, but I’m glad that the issue is gone.
