Deezer won’t connect to Bluetooth on an iPad

    Hi @sparky16, thank you for your message.

    To try to solve your issue, attempt the procedures described below:

    -Restart the Deezer app (close the Deezer app completely and restart it).

    -Clear the app cache. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Deezer > Storage > Clear Cache. 

    -Update the Deezer app (make sure you have the latest version of the Deezer app installed on your device).

    -Restart your device (turn off the device completely and turn it back on after a few seconds).

    -If none of the above steps work, try uninstalling the Deezer app from your device and reinstalling it from the official app store (Google Play Store for Android, App Store for iOS).
