Can’t control Deezer desktop from phone. It’s not like I gave my password to someone else and they’re not authorized. These are both my devices and I am using the phone to control the desktop app so I’m not even tying to play two different songs via the same account or something like that. Please adjust the license sensitivity so this app can actually work as intended.

Tried updating the app on my phone and it just did a different non-functional thing. Can you guys fix this please? I thought this was a feature but I have rarely been able to get it to work properly.

I’m not trying to play music on the desktop and phone app at the same time.

I am trying to select a song from the iOS app to be played on my desktop app which is on the same wifi and is connected to my speakers.

To explain it another way, I am using the phone as a “remote”.

Again, not trying to play two songs at the same time or something like that. And Deezer is only on two of my devices so that’s also not the issue.

Did you check that you don’t have any additional devices under Connected devices

Go to www.ddezer.com

Navigate to your profile image

Account settings  > Connected devices .

Check that no old devices are listed there . If any irrelevant device is listed remove it by clicking on the bin icon
