Deezer Browse not loading sections!

Thanks to the latest useless update which has created more problems than necessary the Android Tv app is not even working properly. 

Most of the "Browse" sections are not loading, here's a video:

Running the latest Android Tv OS version on my Nvidia SHIELD with the latest Deezer app.

Yes, I reinstalled the app and still no changes. Internet works great with up to 1 Gbps speed.

 

Deezer, cold you please focus your resources on making shre the apps are working properly before you look into changes that bring no value to the users?

HI @scutu_mix, sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

Previously I have sent a message, but notice that you were talking about Android TV and not the native app on TV.

Coincidence, I have the same box at home, an Nvidia Shield 4K (awesome box by the way) and I can’t reproduce the same issue you have on the video.

I can open Lofi, Chili, French, any other card without delays. But this is not the revamp app. We have just updated the logo.

Can you confirm the Deezer app version installed on your box? My is 6.0.1 from 30/10/2023.

Please try a reboot the box or reset Wi-fi. Sometimes it helps.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.

I'll check today those details and get back to you.  I wonder how the make and model of my tv matters when the tv acts as a monitor only. My Android Tv box is outside of the tv and connected to the tv via a HDMI cable. Internet connection is through cable from my Asus wi-Fi router to the android box. I have wifi connection as well, but no difference. 

The tv has its own internet connection but is not smart/ android - it's an old SONY Bravia.

Yes, YouTube, Netflix and other apps work great with no issues. Music streaming on Deezer works as well, only the Browse sections are not loading...

Almost 2 weeks later. I have restarted the box multiple times, changed the settings and network but always the same result. 

 

I wish Deezer will be able to help me cancel my subscription, refund my remaining months since the product is not working as advertised. 

 

Would they do that?!.. no way, Deezer doesn't care about the user's voice that much to take in consideration what is right for the users...
