I got the same issue. 

I already resume from the site player, disconnected Google and Facebook accounts, disconnected apps, erased my favorites songs, changed my password and uninstalled the app from my phone and, even this way, it keeps warning that it is “curently being used on another device or page. Even if asks to resume, it keeps warning that messege and stopping my music.

My music keeps getting cut off by a message saying my account is on listening mode on other devices but mine is the only device connected to my account

I am having exactly this problem. I have unlinked ALL devices from my account (not that there were any strange ones), and I have changed my password . The problem persists. What can I do?

i have got the same problem. Keep being kicked out saying someone else is using my account but device isn’t listed in the settings. Also a lot of music in searches that I have not searched for. I have tried to reset my password but the email didn’t go through to me to do it which I have tried a couple of times. Can someone help please?

I was listening to my music then it stopped with a pop up message saying that someone else is using my account. My devices being shown are my two phones and my email address hasn't been changed. I changed my password and logged out of both devices and after a few minutes I logged back in and they're still listening to songs that's not on my playlists. Please help.

I’ve already change the way I connect theough the app with my Apple account and it’s still not working.

This is happening to me too. And then someone managed to change my password today! Contacted support and aside from them making me prove that I have a subscription, haven't received any help at all.

ik heb deze melding al vaker gehad maar op een gegeven moment was het lange tijd weg en nu is het er weer het gaat om de volgende melding ( zie foto). nu is mijn vraag wat kan ik hier aan doen?

er zijn geen andere gekoppelde apparaten dat heb ik al nagekeken.

I have the same problem, changed password several times already, nothing happens. It seems to be last days with deezer for me after 4 years.

@StubbinsAmy please contact our Deezer Support Team and explain to one of our agents that you are not receiving the password reset link as they can paste it manually and make sure you receive it.
