I tried their chat support once and I was satisfied.

Not only my problem I created was solved, they gifted me with one week free Deezer Premium.

Another time I requested album to my Deezer Premium, which was obviosly not available, and it went Lecrae - Gravity. They said that they can not guarantee release, but here I am to tell Deluxe and CD version are both available. Who Lecrae, perhaps you’ll ask. He is very great and talented rapper.

For this service it is easy to say I never received it anywhere any better.

Damn man, it hasn't crossed my mind and this is a great idea to talk with them! Especially that there are people who favor a pill-shaped cutout of their phone as well as those who favor two separate ways for online support. The phone line could then be enabled if Deezer themselves prefer it.

I added few number of Thai songs into my saved playlist but now there now where to be found. Did you guys took off the artist out from your database?

been quite long with you guys and please don’t let me try out your competitors platform.

This isn't the best thread to discuss your query.

Do you know the names of the tracks? Have you tried searching for them within the app? We don't "take off" content, this is done by the music distributors.

This is bad to tell. Since it is probably gone from them too.

Only few rare cases they can exclude some services from distribution.

I’d sit tight and talk to the label or artist if applicable.

I couldn’t find contact details for Lecrae rapper months ago, so I stopped by Deezer support.

Now it can be heard, Lecrae’s finest albums I like.

just subscribed as free user in spotify to find my missing song track in Deezer and you know what….there are available there..:)  and being a subscriber with deezer since 2014 with no issues until time...it's really frustrating..i'll be waiting till next week and if still no fixes then i may need to leave... 

For some reason, it's not letting me cancel the subscription, I wish they had a phone number to call but I guess that's  to much to ask for 😡 i bet they will take my money out of my account, that why my bank will refund me because they will stop Deezer from trying to change my account for next month payment and for this month payment because I lost over 550 to 575 songs, I've been with Deezer almost 6 years and this is who they treat a loyal customer.
