Hello, I keep finding music saved to my favourites and playlists that I have not set up or even listened to and also saying someone is listening the same time as I'm using my account. I have tried resetting my password, logging in and out and still having these issues??

Also, on my iPhone it tells me that the password on my account has been subject to a data breach? Has it? I’ve changed the password already and I still get the same issue and to add to it, Deezer is now so slow it’s almost unusable! Help please!

I have killed session in all devices where the account could be open and I sent you a password request link to your email. Please click on the link and enter a new password.

As has been reported by a few other users, I’ve recently started getting the message ‘Account is currently being used on another device’ on both my PC and mobile phone.
I’ve changed my password but the problem persists.
What is really concerning though, when I go to my 'top tracks’ on my playlists on my phone, most of the songs are ones I’ve never listened to or heard of. Its almost like somebody else has been using my account.
Considering I’m paying monthly for a Premium Account this isn’t good, sort it out please Deezer!
I keep getting emails informing me I’m having trouble logging in when I haven’t logged out
I also have the exact same issue. It stops every 2 minutes, if I'm lucky.
I've reset my password, erased all devices from the settings, and erased the storage and cache off the phone application (where I use it the most), which is basically the same as deleting the app and reinstalling it.
Some songs keep popping up in my recently played, constantly.

I get this Error message: Your Deezer account is currently in listening mode on another device. I have unlinked my accounts but still this error persists. Please help I think someone is using my account as I can see new favorite songs being added.

Yes please do that. Never use same password anywhere else.
Do not use similar passwords you use or used.
Hey I’m having the same problem, noticed random songs saved in my favourites that def wasn’t me. Changed password and nothing still happens ??

Hi. Like others on this thread I find that my listening is interrupted by what appears to be another user on my account. I’ve checked users on my account and connected devices but can’t see the source of the problem there. I have tried to change both my password and email but the code never reaches my email.

Hello Deezer Community. I have an issue. I checked my listening history and there are songs that i never even have heard off. Also my listening history is kinda wiped? It only shows 40 songs i have listened to.
Could you please logoff everywhere so i can assure those people don’t have access to my account anymore? Btw i changed my password a few minutes ago.
