Hello, I keep finding music saved to my favourites and playlists that I have not set up or even listened to and also saying someone is listening the same time as I'm using my account. I have tried resetting my password, logging in and out and still having these issues??
Hello
If you like you can create a new Deezer account and I try to get as much music as possible from your old Deezer account copied to the new one
Hi,
I got this same message (deezer account in listening mode on another device) but I only use Deezer on my phone. I’ve had Deezer for a few months and this never happened before. I changed my password, rebooted my phone butthe message persists Can you assist? Was my account hacked?
thank you
Someone has access to my account, and still has access to it after i've changed my password.
This person also keeps linking their chromecast to my account as well.
When I created this deezer account I originally logged in with my facebook. I have since removed that option today. I’ve set a username and password and this person is still able to use my deezer account.
Hi
please contact support here with as much information as possible they should be able to assist!
Hello. I am having the same problem as everyone else. After about a minute of playing music, I get the pop up that says Your Deezer account is currently in listening mode on another device when it’s not. I have changed passwords, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc and it’s still not working. This has been going on for a few weeks now and is very frustrating!!!!
Hey
Apologies for the inconvenience.
I've carried out some maintenance on your account and sent a password reset email. Please change your password once more and try again. Let me know if the issue persists
This is happening to me. Pretty scary. Am i being hacked?
Hi there
Thanks for reaching out. I doubt you were hacked.
But just to be sure, I've carried out some maintenance to your account and sent a password reset email.
Please change your password, reinstall the app and let us know how it goes
Hi,
I seem to have the same problem. Sometimes it helps to restart my phone, but not for long. I do not have other devices connected to my account.
I changed my password but it still happens. Any advice would be appreciated. Thx
Hello
Have a nice day
Thank you
Best rega
It started happening to me today too, on both my phone and my PC. Moreover, I can see in my “recent streams” that someone or something listened to Public Playlists I’ve never listened to before. So I know this is just not a small bug. I changed my password already. Did anyone solve this ? Because I’m not about to change all my informations for nothing… I’ve had Deezer for at least 6 years now and this is the first time I’m having a problem with the service.
Can someone track the IP address of the device streaming from my account ?
Hi
Apologies for the late reply. Just to be safe, I've carried out some maintenance to your account, unlinked FB and sent you a password reset email.
Please change your password, and log in again, without FB, but directly with your email and password.
Abour your IP address question, you'll need to contact our support team here
Hi !
I seem to have the same problem too My iPad, my phone and my PC are connected to my account, but I only listen to music on one device at the same time. Is there anything you can do to help me?
Many thanks in advance.
I have the problem that is keeps pausing my music because my account is currently active on another device and I cannot play on two devices at once.
However my account is only active on one device, I’ve changed my password and removed other devices in the settings but this problem keeps occurring. I’m now unable to listen to music as it pauses after a few seconds. I have a Deezer Premium account. Help!
Hey
Done the same for you as I've explained above. Please follow the email to reset your password and try again
I am having the same issue with the app telling me that I am listening on another device.
I have unlinked all devices before and changed my password, none of which seemed to have worked.
I only have my phone and laptop linked and it happens on both devices, which I never use simultaneously.
Hello
Have a nice day
I have also been persistently having this same issue for the past several months. I only have two devices linked. I’ve tried force quitting on both devices, I’ve tried restarting both devices, I’ve tried logging in and out and again, I’ve trying reinstalling Deezer, and I’ve tried re-registering devices. I even switched phones at some point from Android to iOS, but whatever I do, the problem always comes back eventually, no matter what device I’m using, even the web interface. The thing that is most annoying is that the message usually only pops up after I’ve already been listening to music for a while, cutting off whatever song I’m in the middle of. I’ve also noticed that it seems to happen more frequently when I’m air playing or casting to the Apple TV or Chromecast. It’s been annoying and persistent enough that I’ve canceled my Hifi subscription for the time being until I see the issue has been fixed.
Hi I have the same issue as the guys above me, it say I am listening music on another device but I am not, because I am only registered on one device.... I have already changed my password, but it didn't help :/
Can you guys check what's going on ?

Hey Deezer, I have the same problem. The music keeps stopping every 30 seconds, saying that “my Dezzer account is currently in listening mode on another device”. But it’s not the case !
Would it be possible to do something please ?
Thanks :)
