Hello, I keep finding music saved to my favourites and playlists that I have not set up or even listened to and also saying someone is listening the same time as I'm using my account. I have tried resetting my password, logging in and out and still having these issues??
I'm having the same issue - every time a song ends I get this error even tho the only linked device is my phone which isn't using Deezer. Can you please reset all my logins? (Its insane a user can't do this themselves...)
Hi, I am having the same problem!
I've reset password but still happening, please help!
Thanks
Hi
That should help :)

I have the same issue and have requested to setup a new password, but no reply and this has been going for months. I keep trying to set it up but then it says that Deezer sent me a verification but never received the code.
Hi
That should fix the problem :)
I keep getting a notice that someone else is using my account. I’ve reset my password and I only have one device connected.
Hey
Let me know if that works :)
Hi jaime, I too have the same problem. I have changed both email address and password but I'm still having the same problem. So frustrating. Please help!
Hi I seem to be having this same problem! Can you help me as well?
I’m going through the same problem. I’m listen to a certain song then it changes like someone is using my app. This is getting me really annoyed. I need help! Now I’m listening to Apple Music just to not go through this annoying thing of having the song I’m listening to changed all the time.
Hey
I have killed session in all devices where the account could be open and I sent you a password request link to your email. Please click on the link and enter a new password.
If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact me again.
Hi
If the problem persists after that, just let me know and we can take it from there.
Thanks
Hi Jaime, I’ve had strange activity on my account recently with songs coming up on my recent play which I don’t (or ever would!) listen to….I suspect my account has been hacked or something so I’ve reset my password. Is there any way of finding out where the account was used? I have no unknown devices appear on my account…...
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi
Thanks :)
Hi
Thanks :)
Hi Jaime, I already reset my password just before you had a chance to reply….I assume anyone who had access without my consent will now have to try to log in again? How do I find out who or where the account was accessed?
Same thing happened to me and my account only allows one device to be connected, which is my own phone. I don’t understand how this is happening. Just changed the password, but it makes no difference, since the other person is already logged in.

Twice now, since after I reset the password.
Hi
That should work
Thanks!
My account is being used by another user. Please help ASAP

Instead of resetting sessions for all users, all over the internet… deliver our best wishes to your Dev team… and rush them to create 2FA that was requested over 2 years ago…
This what you do today… is just a waste of everyone’ time.
Fix the god damn problem!
Hi
That’s why I have closed all session where your account could have been opened. And now if you proceed to reset your password again with the link I sent you via email and login again the problem should be fixed.
Thanks for being a valued user of Deezer and apologies again for all the inconvenience.
