Hello

Hello, i have a problem. I pay my deezer in A1 Serbia, and every day some phones and accounts are connected on my account but its not me. What i do to block this?

Subscription paid but not activated

I just reactivated my subscribtion and the payment went through but I kept getting the same error from the server, after re-installing the app this error is gone but it still says I have free subscription. How long I need to wait until this is fixed?

Favorite tracks

In the past 3 days, Deezer is randomly adding songs to my favorite list that I've never listened to and I don't know why is that happening.Please fix it.

[BUG] deezer.com 100% CPU and RAM usage on firefox

When i try to access deezer.com using firefox 102.0.1(x64) on windows 10 the website attempts to load something and fails many times. This causes the tab to not resopnd; a steady increase in cpu and ram usage, that may eventualy freeze your pc.Recreating this issue:1. Open task manager. (use it to close the website before it freezes your pc)2. Open an empty tab on firefox. Press F12 for dev. tools and open the console. (otherwise it won’t open at all)3. Visit deezer.com.Screenshots:1. Empty firefox tab (1% cpu; 51% ram)2. Using deezer for ~1 min ( 71% cpu; 80% ram)3. Viewing console after closing the tab. One of the lines says there are 4552 cookie attribure issues.

Firefox 102.0, Fedora 36 WorkstationBeginning today the Deezer web app started to hang the browser up to a point where the tab is killed. It asks me if I want to stop the scripts running on this website, but crashes anyway. What should I do?

Unable to use deezer on Mozilla or Edge

Hi, now for 2 days my account on the laptop (if I open it with Firefox or Edge) fully conected doesnt seem to work. The page is opened, yet now actions or functions can be applied. Like its frozen. Also one friend of mine experiences the same problem. Can you help us out? Kind regards,Alen Veren

problem since update

I just downloaded the new ios update on deezer. The tracks just don't play or stop playing after a few of them played and deezer sends a notification that I don't have a internet connection but I do! I restarted my device and re downloaded the app but nothing helped.Am I the only one who has this problem since the new update?

Deezer App not available on LG Content Store

HiWe have Deezer Premium. We are facing an issue, with the deezer app not available on my sisters TV device. She has a LG TV from 2017 WebOS Version 5.60.25 and the Deezer App does not show up on the LG Content Webstore anymore. However it was available until May 2022. I also have a LG TV from 2020 with WebOS Version 5.20.35, and on my Device the Deezer App is available in the LG Content Store App. What can be the issue here? Thanks for your help.

Why does Chromecast not work?

I am trying to cast to my Chromecast on Nvidia Shield. It starts up and then stops with a message that someone else must be listening. There is no one else. Why doesn't casting work?
