Unable to use deezer on Mozilla or Edge

Hi, now for 2 days my account on the laptop (if I open it with Firefox or Edge) fully conected doesnt seem to work. The page is opened, yet now actions or functions can be applied. Like its frozen. Also one friend of mine experiences the same problem.

 

Can you help us out?
