Deezer App not available on LG Content Store

Hi

We have Deezer Premium. We are facing an issue, with the deezer app not available on my sisters TV device. She has a LG TV from 2017 WebOS Version 5.60.25 and the Deezer App does not show up on the LG Content Webstore anymore. However it was available until May 2022.

 

I also have a LG TV from 2020 with WebOS Version 5.20.35, and on my Device the Deezer App is available in the LG Content Store App. What can be the issue here? Thanks for your help.

I suppose your sisters TV isn‘t compatible with the new Deezer app for LG TVs.

I have the same issue

what should we all do with “not supported” answer?

it was working perfectly till 2 weeks ago. :-(

do i have to throw my lg tv? 

do i have to disconnect from deezer service?
