Não consigo logar no aplicativo

Hoje quando fui entrar no aplicativo, ele pediu pra colocar email ou número de celular porém quando coloco meu número não está prosseguindo com o login.

Não consigo entrar no app, consegui logar no pc pelo browser.
Já reinstalei o app. limpei o cache, reiniciei, resetei a senha e tentei o login sem senha. Nada adiantou.
Insiro e-mail, depois a senha e absolutamente nada acontece, fica na mesma tela e não apresenta nenhuma mensagem de erro.
