Hold on, do you mean the new TV app? If yes, we don’t have an estimate, yes, but it should be very very soon. We need to wait for the manufacturers to give the green lights, for example. I’ll keep you posted!

When is this going to be fixed? The last Deezer update was 12/06/2018 (Samsung TV).

Hi

I’ve had enough of it. How many more years to get an app that works?

Today I downloaded Spotify. Looks great. Their app was not compiled in april of 2018. 
I personally couldn’t care less about your fancy features of tomorrow when today I cannot even listen to flow on my TV set because you screwed it up. Is Deezer produced by students in their garage or by a company with after sales?

At least you should automatically offer a discount to people who suffer your delays. 
Really, companies like yours deserve to go bankrupt. Commercial attitude is asking the customers to suffer in silence! And not just once twice already! You can count without my subscription as soon as I have transferred my playlists yo Spotify.

We had a fresh new app produced a few years ago which couldn't be released, so we went back to the drawing board @CLINTJ we're now hopefully a few weeks away from our new release :pray_tone2: but I'm still waiting for the launch confirmation.

Apologies for the experience @BernardC but I invite you to check back once we launch the new app. And about the problems with the app, please feel free to discuss it with our Customer Care team if you feel you're due a refund.

Would the new application have been redone?  (UI / UX interface) With new things (eg new animations).  Would the application be optimized?

We haven't got many details at the moment on the looks/interface but we've been told that the app will perform better and will include Deezer common features like Monday Discovery, Sunday Chill, etc. @Raphael.Moriscot @szcooper2006 hang in there, please!

Wow this has been a problem for a while now I guess looking at these comments. I’m a new deezer subscriber and hope the app for samsung works soon because your service is great. I am a deezer Hifi user by the way.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. You have advised me a the community that your developers are working on the known Samsung TV app issue for months now. Still nothing is working and whilst we all sit in silence. we are all billed for a service that does not work!  Please can you advise all of us an exact date that the app will be repaired by for Samsung TV's?

Sorry you feel that way.

There isn't any silence as my replies can be seen above. We've been working on this for a long time, but it's an app for a third-party device, we have partial control over release dates - I trust you understand this.

As soon as we have a launch date, I'll be popping here with the news, rest assured :thumbsup_tone2:

In the meantime, please try restarting devices (including network) and requesting a new password for your Deezer account :thumbsup_tone2:

If there's a firmware update available for the TV? Or have you had an update recently?

I have reinstalled the Deezer app on my Samsung tv like 10 times and it still won’t stop loading. It just won’t open the app. Heeeeelp!

There haven't been any changes on our side during this reported period - so I wonder if a factory reset could work for you - if Samsung has recently updated the TV's firmware, this could be causing the issue.

Could you please double-check from your side with Samsung? We'll be reporting this further here too, rest assured :thumbsup_tone2:

Hello. I have samsung ue60ks7000u, firmware 1243. The deezer has not been working for more than half a year (when opening, the download is constantly spinning). Deezer version 1.0.25, no newer. Reinstallation did not help, a complete reset of the TV did not help, the TV firmware did not help either.

Still no updates to the 2018 software release to Samsung App. And you say you guys are working on it!!!

I reckon you are waiting for the kinder garden kids to graduate university in 10 to 15 years?

I think you need to fire your current app development team - useless!!!!

As I've mentioned above, we're actually developing a new TV app and we're almost there. Please bear with us a bit longer and the experience will be much improved! :relaxed:

Dear all, 

My Deezer premium.account still not working well at my Samsung TV UE50TU8502UXXH, 8 series(Tizen, T-NKLDEUC-1460,9). All apps and tv softwer are set on auto update. Deezer after a few reproduced songs just stop to playing. I have been tried everything, reinstaling, restarting and nothing changed. All others  apps on TV works perfectly. I have Deezer version 1.0.25 updated on 12/6/2018, but I cant update it to the latest version, if it exist.
