Samsung TV keeps loading and nothing happens (cannot play My Music)

Hello, the problem with Samsung smart tv continues, after of more of 5 years with the same complaints, deezer support will make something about for solve it?

Hello @jswernich, can you log into your Deezer account on a computer, go to Account settings > My apps, then uninstall the app corresponding to your TV, and finally try to connect again to Deezer on your Samsung TV?

Apologies for the experience, once more.

We'll be launching an update app for LG, Samsung and Hisense very soon. I invite you to test it when that happens. If by that time you don't have an active Deezer subscription, let me know (if you're interested in that, of course) :thumbsup_tone2:

So is it ready yet? My Samsung smart tv UE55KS9000 has been reporting that the App has not been able to connect to the Deezer server for some weeks now. 

This is a repeat of the same issue first reported two years ago which was fixed but has since re-emerged

Like others I dont like paying for this poor experience

I bought a Samsung smart tv (UE50TU8502UXXH) and I downloaded deezer app. My premium acount working well at all my devices (mobile, laptop etc..). At the smart tv I have constant bugging (freezing,  stopping) of music playing after a few songs. Only when I exit from the playlist or start a new playlist, usually playback resumes. After reinstalling of the app (several times), nothing changed. 

Note: TV is new and the internet conection is very well by the LAN.

Thanks for getting in touch. Our Samsung TV experience has proven not to be reliable at times. Have you tried restarting the router and/or seeking a firmware update for the TV?

With Panasonic, this should've been fixed. Can you try updating the device's firmware?

Yes I have been restarted the router, although my internet conection is excellence (optical cable) at all devices, as well as on Samsung TV. All other installed apps on TV work perfectly. I dont know how to seek a firmware update? Use the latest Deezer version 1.0.25, updated 21/10/2020.

Have installed and reinstalled to no avail.

Deezer is up todate.

Was working upto a couple of days ago.

Is working on my computer and Roku.

Still no updates to the 2018 software release to Samsung App. And you say you guys are working on it!!!

I reckon you are waiting for the kinder garden kids to graduate university in 10 to 15 years?

I think you need to fire your current app development team - useless!!!! 

I don’t see any change. It just loading…

I going to wait until the end of this month and stop pay for nothing.

If I go to My music while playing music in the Samsung TV Deezer app an hour glass is presented rotating but it does nothing for around 1 to 2 mins. I can then not escape or select any other option, the app becomes stuck/frozen. The same problem is happening if I go to the Popular menu. Another freeze of the app without any functionality. It seems to be trying to pull data and finding none. Again this bug is specific to a Samsung Smart Tv app. Thank you.

I have exactly the same problem. It's a recent issue.

I wrote a model in the text above, UE50TU8502UXXH_ Crystal UHD 4K. TV is almost new 2020. Internet is very fast at the cable. The other apps on TV work perfectly. After a few songs sometimes 3, sometimes 10, no rules, reproduction of songs just stop.

We had a fresh new app produced a few years ago which couldn't be released, so we went back to the drawing board @CLINTJ we're now hopefully a few weeks away from our new release :pray_tone2: but I'm still waiting for the launch confirmation.

My Deezer premium.account still not working well at my Samsung TV UE50TU8502UXXH, 8 series(Tizen, T-NKLDEUC-1460,9). All apps and tv softwer are set on auto update. Deezer after a few reproduced songs just stop to playing. I have been tried everything, reinstaling, restarting and nothing changed. All others  apps on TV works perfectly. I have Deezer version 1.0.25 updated on 12/6/2018, but I cant update it to the latest version, if it exist.
