Deezer HiFi icon disappears when I stream to Chromecast Audio

Hi , The HiFi icon is visible otherwise, but it disappears all of a sudden when I start casting to my chromecast audio. Does this mean the audio isn't HiFi anymore while casting? I'm on deezer beta btw

Link Mac App ?

How do I turn on link | Sync in the Mac App? I see how it works, from my Android, iPhone, and Tablets, including iPad, I’d like to see what is playing on my Mac at the devices? I can’t seem to get that working like the devices sync. I find the Devices, Synchronized Queue-list on devices, but not on the Mac App?

BUG: Sonos app - Foreign language playlists being displayed

For this bug, I’m specifically talking about Deezer’s Sonos integration inside the Sonos S2 app. My Sonos app is up to date (version 16.1) running on an iPhone XR (iOS 17.4). I’ve noticed that, despite my Deezer country selector being set to United Kingdom in my Deezer app, I’m seeing foreign language playlists recommended on the landing screen of Deezer’s Sonos integration inside the Sonos app, under the “Music by genre” and “Music by mood” headings. Why I think this is a bug, and not an intentional feature Because these foreign language playlists are only displayed on the landing screen of Deezer’s Sonos integration inside the Sonos app. They are not displayed if you tap the “Music by genre” or “Music by mood” headings. You are then taken to a full page view of these recommended playlists - all of which are in English. The foreign language playlists are also not recommended inside the Deezer app.

Deezer Desktop App bug?

Every time i launch the desktop app now it starts in the lowest quality even though hi fidelity is selected. I have to re-toggle the switch for it to work. Im using the latest version after a reinstall and the problem still persits. Windows 10.

Hello, I have been experiencing some interruptions while listening in the desktop application. Sometimes the tracks will get stacked indefinitely. Do you know what may be causing this? The app version is 6.0.60 Thanks

Deezer desktop not connecting

For weeks my Deezer MacOS app has been disconnected from my account, and clicking “Log in” opens a browser page that tells to open a link in Deezer, but it does absolutely nothing.

Deezer now has 30 second listening limit on my computer

I am using Deezer on my laptop, with Deezer free, which I have done for years with no issues. Suddenly it is now saying I can only listen to 30 seconds of each song unless I subscribe to Deezer premium. I have never had this issue on my computer before and I am certainly not subscribing to premium given there are many tracks I listen to that Deezer does not have. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to resolve it or am I finally going to have to move to Spotify?

Hello, I was looking on the Internet for some hi-res mp3 players such as Sony Walkman and Fiio.Does they support deezer for an offline mode( and deezer HIFI)? Moreover would be better to buy a new smarphone or a mp3 player for the best music experience?

[BUG] Playlists made on Deezer Desktop are unable to be downloaded on WearOS.

(I am not aware of how to report bugs any other way.)Explained pretty well by title but I’ll go into more detail. Basically earlyer today I was trying to make a cutdown version of my favorites which is 500+ tracks long so I made a smaller version using the desktop app so I didnt have to download the full 500+ songs but when I tried to download it. It would just start and stop instantly with no download so I tried again several times and it still didn’t work so I made a playlist on the mobile app and that downloaded to my watch first try. Please Fix.

Bad image quality (Windows/Mac)

I've noticed that the image quality of the album on the Pc and Mac versions is low. You can see on this screen that it's pixelated. I’m talking about the big image on top left. (screenshot on the Windows app) It’s not the case on the browser version. There, the image quality is what it supposed to be. So it’s a problem only on the PC/Mac version. It may not be very easy to see on screenshots, but in real life, it’s quite disturbing. I always want to see the image of the music I’m listening but, on Deezer, I never do this. The image quality is bad on the pc and Mac app. It would be great to take inspiration from other streaming services like Tidal. The image quality is high, and the image is bigger, so I can see details. It’s way better in my opinion. I think that this back quality image problem it can be quickly solved. I hope that it will happen (not like all the topics that I have open...) Good luck Deezer team ! 💜

recently songs will just abruptly stop. If I skip to the next song it's fine

When using a playlist a random song will just stop in the middle of it. If I skip that song the rest of the playlist plays fine.

PC entire lower part of the program freeze when it start new track

PC entire lower part of the program freeze when it start new track, how I get it, till it download and buffer enough of this traсk. It would be nice if loading and buffering a track didn't freeze the entire lower part of the program, and I could continue changing the volume and using the rest of the control keys.

MUNICIPAL WASTE - ONDE ESTÃO OS ALBUNS?

Faz algum tempo, meses na verdade, que o deezer não está mostrando os albuns do Municipal Waste. Já tentei reinstalar, atualizar e nada. Mesmo utilizando pela WEB, Android, Windows Store, não adianta. E o pior é que você consegue achar os albuns nas pesquisas, porém na pagina do artista não aparece.

Samsung TV keeps loading and nothing happens (cannot play My Music)

I've been a subscriber for around 12 months without any problems. Then from yesterday I've been unable to access the Deezer app on my Samsung 6 tv. I've deleted and re-installed it without any result apart from a message advising me to try again later. I can still access it on my desk top and iPad. Can anyone help.

Problem On Xbox

When I log into my Deezer account on Xbox it has this weird glitch so that all my playlists are gone and my favourites aren’t correct. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, log in and out, restart console, everything none of it works. I have multiple profiles and none of them are correct.

Please fix Panasonic TV app!

The Panasonoc TV app hasn‘t been usable for years. The navigstion is opaque to useless. For example, when I drill down into an album of one of my favorite artists, there is no way to get back out. If I scroll to the bottom of the album’s track list and then click on return to top, I get what looks like a track of zero length playing, again with no way to get back out. The only way I have found to get out of any of these situations is to back out of the Deezer app, at which point I must start over again from scratch. The only workaround I have found is to give up on the Panasonic app and use my iPad to stream Deezer‘s output to my Yamaha receiver.

New update on WebOS

Dear Deezer people, With the latest WebOS app update you have hit the new low. Can you please roll back to the version that was actual in 2021? I mean, it’s understandable that the WebOS app is very low on your list of priorities, but there’s probably some users who use the TV streaming capability to play music. After all, you do not need to spend extra (at least) 500 € to buy a streamer if your TV is perfectly fine and connected to a decent equipment. Also, based on this experience, I am not convinced that streamer app versions are any better. This latest update did not fix any of the issues of the previous release and added another one: when you select a performer, you enter the screen with list of their most played songs on the right side and a menu on the left side offering to take you to their discography. Well, if you try browsing the discography, you get a message “It’s silent here. Do you need suggestions?”. This practically means that if you want to listen to an album (who doe

Deezer HiFi skipping on Sonos

Deezer HiFi skipping on Sonos, some individual speakers intermittently dropping out then reconnecting. Sometimes I'll get the insufficient network speed message on the Sonos app. My internet connection is 100Mbps and very reliable. Deezer app on my phone works fine. All other sources streaming through Sonos such as a local server, Podcasts and radio stations all work fine with no skipping or speaker dropouts. I've reset Sonos system, router, deleted Deezer account and reinserted it as per previous Deezer advice. Any ideas on how to fix this, or should I just cancel and subscrible to Apple music?

Cannot unfavorite songs

Hi, I want to unfavorite all the songs in my list to start over again. I have 1200 songs in my favorites. When ik select them all in the web app or app on my Mac, i can click on delete selected songs, but they won’t get deleted. If i select only one or multiple songs, it works. How to fix this? Deezer not synchronizing albums correctly between platforms

Hello, I have noticed that when I’m listening to an album in my Android app and want to continue on my PC (Windows 11), I synchronize the track I’m listening to and instead of playing that track on the PC, it plays the same track number but from the last album I listened on my PC. For example if I am listening to track 6 on Android and synchronize with the Windows app it plays track 6 of the last album I listened on my PC. The same thing happens if I do it the other way around (synchronize what I’m listening on Windows to Android). I’m using Android version 8.0.2.89 and Windows version 6.0.30. Thanks in advance.
