The band/artist or their representatives have not yet made this material available in the Deezer catalog in all countries or have decided to remove it.

This is 100% up to the artists, and Deezer must respect their decision to avoid violating copyright and intellectual property laws.

As soon as the band/artist uploads the material and authorizes its reproduction, we will be able to listen to this material.

Maybe CM ​@Jaime.Deezer  can give us more information about this album specifically.

I'm sorry, but your explanation doesn't make sense to me. Let me try to explain my perspective.

On the "top tracks" playlist, I can listen to music from all of an artist's albums. However, when I go to the artist's page on the Deezer Android app, it initially only shows one album. I have to click a button to see all the albums, and when I do, a complete list appears, and I can play any of them.

This proves that the albums are uploaded and accessible. This leads me to two possible explanations:

• You're correct: The artist decided to remove their albums and leave only one visible. In this case, Deezer is violating the rules by still showing the other tracks in the "top tracks" playlist, which would mean Deezer is displaying content the artist doesn't want shown.
• You're incorrect: The artist is simply highlighting one album. Deezer may be hiding the others, but the button to "see all albums" on the Android app makes them accessible. On the desktop version, that button is hidden, so I can't view those albums.

In both of these scenarios, Deezer is responsible for this inconsistent and confusing behavior.

I did not understand if you asked the community manager to review, or if I should ask to the community manager to review.

Also, try these basic tips:

• Clear the Deezer app cache on all your devices in Settings -> Data & Storage -> Delete All. (You'll need to redownload the tracks.)
If that doesn't work →

• Increase the app cache in Settings -> Data & Storage.
If that doesn't work →

• Sign out of Deezer and sign back in with your email and password.
If that doesn't work →

I can see songs from different albums, but albums don’t show in the list. This bug is likely why Deezer isn’t the main music app—it’s a terrible experience.
