iOS

Short term user of Deezer, former Spotify user. I have activated my Deezer account in my Sonos1 app but I can’t find the podcasts there to play on my Sonos devices. How do I get this working? Would be a deal breaker for me if this option is not working.

I just switched to Deezer but can’t seem to get it to work with my system on iOS 15.8, which is the latest iOS that my hardware will update to.I can’t find any information on how to play music on Deezer if the app cannot be downloaded to a device.Advice please!

Hi

Hi there.I have the Deezer Desktop App on my MacBook - everything is up to date but everytime I try to go to my “favorites” it just won’t load and only shows the error-message “An error has occurred, please try again later.” It has been weeks now and it’s really annoying.Does anyone else have this problem? Or even better: a solution? Many thanks in advance.

Hello, I seen that the AI Playlist beta is only for selected users. Are the people that have the beta version of the app getting this?

I signed in with Apple ID and want to add my real email to my Deezer account so I can unlink Apple ID and create a password. I do not have access to the Apple private relay email.

Can’t view fans on an album anymore on the new update, for my Apple iPhone XR

should be a version for ios 15 and below, i still use my iphone 7 and got a 5s wich i use as an ipod, i need to get my library here

Hi Deezer Support,Whenever I try to link other services I immediately get an error pop-up that says:“Oops! Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.”I’ve already tried the usual troubleshooting steps (force quit, reinstalling the app, switching networks, clearing cache), but the issue keeps happening. Can you confirm if this is a known problem or if there’s something specific with my account/region that’s causing it?

I can’t seem to turn off shuffle on my playlists. They all are preset to shuffle and when I click on the shuffle icon on the right, all it does is ‘play’ or ‘pause’ the playlist. I’ve had a look through settings but can’t seem to find how I can change this.

The music player on my deezer app doesn’t have colours and I don’t know that to do !! I don’t have monochromatic and I don’t have the dark mode!!!!

I have started using Deezer a month ago, but seem to have a problem with updates of podcasts. New episodes don’t show up directly after they are published; “Podcasts > Latest episodes” is also not updated regularly.Other platforms, such as Spotify, don’t have this issue. How can I find a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance for thinking along.

Hi. As you can see, album pages on iPad are lacking artist and album titles, album details are empty too. All is good on web and iPhone. I’ve witnessed this on iPad 11 and iPad mini 6.

On my iPad. Since the new layout was introduced I have noticed that when you type an artists in the search bar sort of ‘freezes’ and will not let you retype to search again. Have to completely come out of the iPad and start agin. Assume this a bug that will hopefully be fixed soon.

So I am on iOS 18.6 with the latest Deezer App, but after a fresh App start it always defaults back to the standard audio quality. That same function works on Android very well. What am I doing wrong?(also tried the Beta, same behaviour)

For a couple of days I have a problem with Deezer on my Apple Watch serie 7.In Offline mode when I choose a downloaded playlist only one song will be played instead of the whole playlist. Also on the icon for Pause/Play (the circle) you can’t see the time is left and that the song is playing.Manually you can go to the next song but this is not the intention when you have a workout.I uninstall / install the app on my watch but that doesn’t help.Has anyone an idea?

I can’t replay an episode of Cafe da Manhã - a podcast in my list. It always go to another episode randomly and not the one I select.

Hi,Recently every time I click shuffle on a playlist or favourite tracks, the song will start playing, but after about 45 seconds Deezer completely crashes and the music stops playing. I then have to go back in to Deezer as if I had completely closed the app, and find my music again. It also loses any previous songs that i have played, meaning any lineup that I had is completely lost. It is very annoying, as I then can’t listen to music for more than a minute, and then I have to restart my music, just to do it again in a minute. I have tried restarting my phone, deleting the app, signing out and back in, but nothing works. If anyone has an idea of what to do, it will be gladly appreciated!

There is a song I would like to play, I heard it in the new superman movie and I really liked it but it isn’t on Deezer. It’s Punkrocker (feat. Iggy Pop) and it does not allow me to play the song, I can see it when I search it up but it won’t play. I don’t know why…

It has become frequent that when I am using Deezer my phone increases in temperature considerably. I have an iPhone 14 Pro, and I have closed all other apps to make sure it is not another background activity- and it seems to be Deezer indeed.

I have deezer app is linked to the home app (Apple) but cannot be linked to the alarm clock in the home app.

Hi, I just bought a montblanc watch working on wear os, which is up to date, as well as my phone (iPhone 13), and can’t link my account (part of a Deezer family) to the watch. The only option proposed is « log in with phone » and when I click it I only get the message « hold your phone close to your watch to log in », and cancel or retry as only options. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall app, restarting both devices, installing deezer for the watch from the google play on my iPhone, but still nothing. Could you get me a solution for me to be able to use deezer on my watch ?

I’m on iOS. Since the recent update I can’t add songs I’ve searched for to the queue. It only works when I’ve opened a pIaylist or an album page before going on the three dots. Does anyone know why it’s like this or how I can fix it? It’s just kind of annoying to me.

I’m pretty sure (more like 100%) I used to be able to look up a song, click the options on the side and play it next or add it to queue. Today this doesn’t work. What’s going on?

I tried changing it, and I can change it in the edit page but when I save the cover I chose, it doesn’t change the cover from the favorite tracks. I don’t know why, and j tried many times. Is this normal, like something they did or not.
