Favorites won't load in Desktop App

Hi there.

I have the Deezer Desktop App on my MacBook - everything is up to date but everytime I try to go to my “favorites” it just won’t load and only shows the error-message “An error has occurred, please try again later.” It has been weeks now and it’s really annoying.

Does anyone else have this problem? Or even better: a solution?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi @Play itagain !

From Deezer page

Connection issues

If the Deezer web player says you have no internet connection, try these solutions below:

  • Restart your browser: Try quitting your browser application and restarting. Then, return to Deezer
  • Check for updates: Sometimes your browser may have missed an update. Try updating it to see if it makes a difference.

Deezer is supported on the following browsers. Select a browser to see how to update it.

Note: Only the latest two versions of each browser are supported

  • Clear your cache: Try clearing your browser cache.

Tip: If you’re not sure how, just search for ‘how to clear my cache’, or take a look at one of these links for your web browser: Google ChromeMicrosoft EdgeFirefoxSafari

Then log out and log back in again.

  • Reduce your open tabs: How many browser tabs do you have open? Depending on the power of your computer, sometimes lots of open tabs can affect Deezer’s performance.

@Nina Nebo thank you. I will contact the support since it is a technical issue with the app I guess.
