Can’t view fans on an album anymore on the new update, for my Apple iPhone XR

Hi @Lungile Mabumbulu, thank you for reaching out, and a special thank you to @Nina Nebo for your help.

Indeed, it's currently not possible to access fan data for albums on iPhone.

We've already reached out to our developers to clarify whether this is per design or if it's a bug that needs to be addressed.

Once I receive a response from them, I'll make sure to keep you informed.

I don’t have iPhone so I don’t know how was before and how is now but I can check on my Android .

When was on image of album (playlist) I just need scroll to the left few times and there is shown all information :
how many songs are there
lenght
updated
fans
the most popular song

Can you try ,maybe it will be work on your iPhone . Just tap on image of album and scroll to the left .

    When we talk about "fans" and "fan data," we're referring to information about the users who follow and support an artist or a specific piece of content.

    I hope this clarify your doubt @awesomemac.

    Sorry, but I am experiencing this orribile bug even on my iPad since one year at least. I already Made complaint, but the situation is the same:impossible to know

     

    nuber of tracks

    lenght of the album

    date of release

    fans…

     

    IS ANYBODY IN DEEZER WHO CAN RESOLVE THIS BAD SITUATION ???
